Vegan Acai Protein Bowl

Serves: 1 Cooking time: 10 minutes

We believe at Total Sweet you should start the day right with a filling but the healthy option, that’s why this vegan acai bowl is the best companion for those early morning starts.


  • 2 tsp of acai powder
  • 1 ripe banana, chopped
  • A handful of raspberries, blueberries
  • 100ml of water (or juice)
  • 1 tbsp of pumpkin seeds
  • 1tsp of granola


  1. Put the acai powder, raspberries, blueberries (keep some behind), 1/2 the banana and 1 tbsp of Total Sweet into a blender with 100ml of water.
  2. Blitz until the mixture is smooth, then pour into a bowl.
  3. Add the pumpkin seeds, granola, 1/2 the banana and the rest of the raspberries and blueberries on top of the acai.
  4. Enjoy!
