Vegan Acai Protein Bowl
Serves: 1 Cooking time: 10 minutes
We believe at Total Sweet you should start the day right with a filling but the healthy option, that’s why this vegan acai bowl is the best companion for those early morning starts.
1 tbsp Total Sweet Xylitol
2 tsp of acai powder
1 ripe banana, chopped
A handful of raspberries, blueberries
100ml of water (or juice)
1 tbsp of pumpkin seeds
1tsp of granola
- Put the acai powder, raspberries, blueberries (keep some behind), 1/2 the banana and 1 tbsp of Total Sweet into a blender with 100ml of water.
- Blitz until the mixture is smooth, then pour into a bowl.
- Add the pumpkin seeds, granola, 1/2 the banana and the rest of the raspberries and blueberries on top of the acai.
