Pumpkin Latte

Serves: 1 Cooking time: 10 minutes

Hidden sugars in our on-the-go take-out drinks can be avoided with a little at-home hacks!

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Pinch of Cinnamon
  • 1 Pinch of Ground Ginger
  • 1 Pinch of Ground Nutmeg
  • 1 shot of Fresh Espresso
  • 250 ml Milk (Oat, Almond, Dairy)
  • Whipped Cream (optional)

Method:

  1. Add the pumpkin puree, spices, milk and Total Sweet to a small saucepan. Stir gently until the mixture becomes silky.
  2. Pour the milk mixture into a heat-proof glass cup, or your favourite autumnal ceramic mug.
  3. Add the espresso to the glass and watch as it creates a breathtaking gradient.
  4. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle some fresh nutmeg. Take a sip. And enjoy...
