2 tsp Pumpkin Puree
1 Pinch of Cinnamon
1 Pinch of Ground Ginger
1 Pinch of Ground Nutmeg
1 shot of Fresh Espresso
250 ml Milk (Oat, Almond, Dairy)
1 tsp Total Sweet Xylitol
- Whipped Cream (optional)
- Add the pumpkin puree, spices, milk and Total Sweet to a small saucepan. Stir gently until the mixture becomes silky.
- Pour the milk mixture into a heat-proof glass cup, or your favourite autumnal ceramic mug.
- Add the espresso to the glass and watch as it creates a breathtaking gradient.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle some fresh nutmeg. Take a sip. And enjoy...
