Waste Week: Chocolate Brownies

1/2 cup of Total Sweet Xylitol
1/2 cup of chocolate (chopped)
1 cup of vanilla yoghurt
3/4 cup of flour
1/2 cup of cocoa powder
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1/2 cup of milk (or almond milk)
1 cup of chocolate chips (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC and line an 8 × 8 pan with parchment paper.
- Melt your chocolate in the microwave. Let sit for 2 minutes, before adding yoghurt and Total Sweet®. Whisk until smooth and move to a larger bowl.
- Add flour, cocoa powder and baking soda, and mix until combined. Add milk until fully incorporated. Fold chocolate chips through if using.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or if a knife runs clear.
