Festive Cranberry Sauce
Serves: 10 Cooking time: 10 minutes
Super simple, super quick, super delicious and without any refined sugar in sight!
- 300g cranberries (fresh work best)
- 90g Total Sweet Xylitol, powdered
- Squeeze of lemon
- 100ml water
- Add all ingredients to a pot and bring to a boil.
- Reduce to medium heat and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Allow to cool ahead of serving.
