Festive Cranberry Sauce

Serves: 10 Cooking time: 10 minutes

Super simple, super quick, super delicious and without any refined sugar in sight!


  • 300g cranberries (fresh work best)
  • 90g Total Sweet Xylitol, powdered
  • Squeeze of lemon
  • 100ml water


  1. Add all ingredients to a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce to medium heat and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Allow to cool ahead of serving.
