Chocolate & Peanut Butter Protein Shake
Serves: 1 Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 Scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder
- 500ml Milk of choice (or water)
- 1tsp of Total Sweet Xylitol
- 2tbsp Unsweetened Peanut Butter
- 1tbsp of Cacao Powder
Method:
- Add all ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass or protein shaker (if on the go!) and enjoy.
